This house was purchased in March 1928 by the Ústí nad Labem Mountaineering Society, owned by the Petsch family from Prague, not Ústí nad Labem. The villa housed the director of Montana, Pavel Robert, who had moved to Ústí nad Labem from Most. He lived here with his wife Eva, daughter Hanna, and son Petr. Pavel Robert was a knight of the then popular fantasy kingdom of Schlaraffia, a recessionist society similar to today's larpers, where he performed under the name Ingot der Gewaltze.
He apparently escaped from Ústí late, only in the spring of 1939. He settled in Prague, but he was unable to emigrate.

To the police commissioner
In addition to our letter of Oct 17, we also inform the said commission that Pavel Robert, director of the Ústí nad Labem Montana Company ... was transferred to the 2nd division as the only one of the employees of the Montana Company in Ústí nad Labem. This company belongs to the interest group of a trading company with its registered office in Prague, and the director Robert is designated as the leading force of the Ústí nad Labem Mining Company as an expert for the commercial apparatus of the Czech Trading Company, which is taking over the business connections of the Ústí nad Labem Mining Company in the current situation.
In view of this, we request that Pavel Robert not be expelled from Prague.
