After the end of World War II, the Skořepka synagogue was rebuilt by the decimated Jewish community. The main prayer hall was furnished with ornate wooden pews from the cleared New Synagogue, and the sanctuary was decorated with a new Czech inscription. The synagogue was used for worship for the first time on 6 September 1945.
