The Honourable Irwin Cotler, P.C., O.C., O.Q., Ad. E., is the founder and international chair of the Raoul Wallenberg Centre for Human Rights, an Emeritus Professor of Law at McGill University, a former Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada and Member of Parliament, and an international human rights lawyer. He was Canada’s first Special Envoy on Preserving Holocaust Remembrance and Combating Antisemitism from 2020-2023.
