Joseph Klasner was born in Działoszyce in 1929. He grew up in an Orthodox Jewish family. Klasner survived the Krakow ghetto and the concentration camps of Plaszow, Mauthausen and Ebensee. After World War II, he migrated to Canada. This interview was conducted in 1995 by USC Shoah Foundation.
Reinhard Florian was born in Insterburg (East Prussia) in 1923. The Nazis persecuted him because he was Sinti. Florian survived the concentration camps of Auschwitz, Mauthausen, Gusen, Melk and Ebensee. This interview was conducted in 1998 by USC Shoah Foundation.
