During this IWalk, you will learn about Radiotrh, the main collection and deportation center for the Jews of Prague, and later for Mischling (those from so-called mixed marriages) from all over the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia. You will listen to testimony from survivors who passed through the facility en route to ghettos and then to death camps. Each stop captures a different moment in the history of the Radiotrh facility, and will help you better understand where the initial events of the Holocaust in the Protectorate took place: in the middle of the Prague, right in front of the local inhabitants, in the very streets you can walk today.
The development of this IWalk was co-funded by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA).
