Jewish resistance in Nazi Vienna

erinnern.at

This IWalk takes you to five places that stand for acts of resistance by Jews during the Nazi era in Vienna. All of them are situated in the first and second district - areas with a long history of Jewish life. The memoirs of Holocaust survivors and other sources illustrate how Jews reacted to exclusion and persecution and took action against it. This IWalk explores the scope of action of individuals and makes moments of resistance visible.
